Totally Transformed Indian River Cottage

These Indian River homeowners contacted us to help them update the interior and functionality of their cottage. Since significant changes were needed, we started fresh by taking the lake home down to the studs. Then, we reconfigured the floorplan and replaced everything from the roof to the flooring and everything in between. Their new space is a modern yet cozy sanctuary, with warm, earthy tones, white-washed wood accent walls, gorgeous quartz countertops, and much more.

The homeowners loved their new space so much that they contacted us a second time to convert their detached garage into a fabulous guest suite their grandkids can enjoy.
