Lakeside Living on a Charlevoix Deck

These Charlevoix clients wanted to enhance their outdoor living area to make the most of their gorgeous lakeside views. 

We accomplished this by replacing the deck with composite material that is both aesthetically appealing and long-lasting — perfect for withstanding the harsh Michigan weather. A composite railing with glass windows provides safety without obstructing the view, and a new waterproof trim was installed to match the existing trim of the rest of the house. Finally, we replaced all windows and glass doors on the lake side of the house to create new and improved vistas from every location. Now the homeowners can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake while lounging and entertaining guests on their beautiful deck.
