What is GuildQuality?
GuildQuality is a customer satisfaction surveying company that works exclusively with home builders, remodelers, and home service providers. Their surveys poll homeowners for feedback on multiple facets of the service they’ve received. Remodelers like McBride then use that information to ensure we’re doing a great job, know how to improve, and grow as a company.
Earning a Guildmaster Award
Each year, GuildQuality recognizes members who’ve consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service. This is determined by two factors: how many customers would recommend the candidate to a friend, and how many responded to the survey.
The average customer recommendation rate in the residential construction industry is about 70%. To receive a Guildmaster Award, professionals must achieve a rate of 90% or higher, and have a minimum 50% response rate from their customers.
Members who reach between a 90%-97% recommendation rate receive a Guildmaster with Distinction Award. The elite few who manage to reach a 98% rate or higher receive the Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award.
